Description

Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to replace water mains at Malmstrom AFB, MT in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 18 Oct 00. Request For Proposal will close on or about 12 Nov 00. Performance period is 100 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available only on the internet at http://www.eps.gov. Potential Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award, see Internet Site https://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/ccradd.asp). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
