Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with BAE SYSTEMS, Precision Aerostructures, 1515 North A Street, Wellington, KS 67152 for the procurement of P-3 spar caps as follows: P/N 939202-103, 939202-104, 939203-103,939203-104, 938321-101, 938321-102, 938320-101 and 938320-102 under a firm-fixed price supply type contract. All interested parties are invited to submit a request in writing and oral communications are not acceptable in response to this solication. This solicitation will be accomplished under the authority of the test program "Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996" and issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and Part 13. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract on a full and open competition basis, based upon response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
