Notice of intent. The U.S. Customs Service intends to procure mobile communication equipment equal to the DMR-200, Inmarsat D+ Terminal evaluation kit and the DMR-200 transeiver. The equipment will provide constant location data on deployed marine vessels. The intended source is SkyWave mobile Communications, 3701 Carling Avenue, P.O.
