Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-00-Q-0349 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 and DCN 20000831. The standard industrial code is 3669 and the business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is not reserved for small business. The statement of work is available for downloading in MSWord 97 or to view in PDF format.. This requirement will be issued on a sole source basis to Raytheon E Systems, 1301 E. Collins, Richardson, TX. The Government does not possess drawings/specification/test procedures, and configuration management data. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 60 days after award. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane. A certificate of conformance is required for each unit. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. The conditions of the units are unknown therefore a Not-To-Exceed Purchase Order will be issued. The Purchase Order will be definitized to a firm fixed price following submission of a complete breakdown. The Purchase Order will be issued utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
