Description

68 -- Chemicals and chemical products. The Baltimore District, Army Corps of Engineers intend to solicit for potassium permanganate in steel bins for the Dalecarlia Filtration Unit, Washington Aqueduct Division, Washington, D.C. during the period, November 2000 through September 2001. The chemicals shall be delivered in steel bins weighing approximately 4100 pounds gross weight, 3307.5 pounds (1500 kg) net. In accordance with FAR Subpart 12.2 -- Special Requirements for the Acquisition of Commercial Items 12.204(b) a copy of the solicitation maybe obtained by faxing your request to 410-962-0933, Attn: Gloria Frost. See Numbered Note 26 except change the number of days from 15 to 3.
