The trident Refit Facility, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Ga. is seeking to purchase subscriptions to the following CDROM or Internet Based Services for the period 01 Oct 2000 through 30 Sep 01: Haystack ("or equal")30-user version, concurrent users; APL ("or equal") 20-user version, concurrent users; MIL SPECS & Naval Instructions 10-user version, concurrent users; Master Catalog, Vendors ("or equal")1-user version, concurrent users; This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation N46450-00-T-0085 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. This is being issued on a unrestricted basis.
