Description

This is a notice of contract action 15 days before an issuance of a solicitation. Solicitation number N00168-01-Q-0521 will be issued 13 October 2000 for the Laboratory Service Line, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 8071. The small business size standard is $5.0 million. NNMC has a requirement to send patient serum samples to a reference laboratory to perform diagnostic testing for Modified Radioallergosorbent test (RAST) allergy testing. Contractors shall be capable of performing Modified RAST testing by RIA methodology using the Fadel/Nalebuff (F/N) scale. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order for the period from date of award through 30 September 2001.
