Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and this is the combined written solicitation. Solicitation F01600-00-T-0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a small business set aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. The SIC is 7382 and the small business size is $9 million. Contractor shall provide on site inspections and maintenance, to include call-back repair on existing security systems installed in several buildings on Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, Alabama. Contractor shall provide pricing for one year, from 1 January 2001 through 30 September 2001 and to provide for 4 option years of 1 October through 30 September. There will be a Site Visit at 0900 on 12 October 2000. This is contingent upon FY01 Funding. See attached
