Description

SIC CODE: 6531, Project: Real Estate and Related Services to supplement the General Services Administration's (GSA's) Rocky Mountain Region's (RMR's) Real Estate Lease Acquisition Program. The services to be provided when ordered are: 1)Qualified real estate personnel to work on-site at the Denver Federal Center, Denver, Colorado and 2) a menu of Real Estate Services performed at the Contractor's facility on an "as needed" basis. These services involve support for the entire RMR consisting of the states of Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming. The entire solicitation will be available only on this internet site. It is the Contractor's responsbility to monitor the site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. This acquisition is being procurred using full and open competition. It is available for both small and large businesses. The Solicitation issue date will be o/a 8/28/00. The Proposal Due Date will be o/a 9/25/2000. Award is expected o/a 10/15/00. The contract performance period is one base year, plus four option years. STATEMENT OF WORK, PAGE 4, PARAGRAPH 5, CHANGE THE PARAGRAPH TO READ: The Contractor must be a licensed Real Estate Company. In addition, the Contractor, as a minimum, shall have at least three years experience in negotiating commercial Real Estate transactions with a Federal Agency and/or on behalf of a Federal Agency. The Contractor shall submit a copy of their Real Estate License and at least three references that can verify Leasing transactions as described above. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
