Description

This is a notice of intent to award a FAR Part 12, _Acquisition of Commercial Items_, sole source to Johnson Controls Inc. The item being acquired is maintenance and repair of Johnson Control Energy Management Control System (EMCS) equipment. Also included is training and consultation, parts and equipment.. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. All proposals must be received by 3:00 PM, Mountain Standard Time, 29 Sep 2000.
