Description

Notes B and 26 apply. Provide propane gas on a full service basis. Contractor shall be responsible for all: nominations, propane acquisition, transportation and delivery, billing and other components. Period of performance is for a basic period of 12 months with the option of two (2) one-year periods each. The propane shall be delivered within a 12 hours of notification by Robins AFB personnel; maximum -- 24 hours. Delivery requirement UPON demand: minimum -10,000 gallons per day; maximum -60,000 gallons per day. Penalty upon failure to deliver (other than Acts of God) is contractor reimbursement of natural gas costs that Robins AFB incurred as a result of running low/out of propane fuel. Robins AFB is seeking a bid that is a combination of: -the Spot Market Price ($/gal) -fixed transportation cost (amount) -contractor adjustment ($/Dth) Multiple awards will be considered. This will be an indefinite quantity indefinite delivery contract.
