The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate a sole source Service Agreement with Byther Managing Collections LLC to continue services for Cataloguing the Bureau of Engraving and Printing museum collection for fiscal year 2001, (from October 1, 2000 thru September 30, 2001). Under Far 6.302-1 Authority 10 USC 2304. This is a notice of intent, not a notice for firms to request.
