Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for fiscal year 2001 to furnish snow and ice removal services for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing around both the Annex and Main buildings located at 14th street between C and D streets S W and between 14th and Raul Wallenberg streets S W. Services shall be provided for 1-year base plus four 1-year options. Request for RFQ-19-0015 must be submitted in writing to the above address or facsimile to (202) 874-3135 in order to receive the complete package of RFQ 19-0015. This acquisition is set-aside for small business under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 0781, with annual receipts of $5.0 million. All responsible small business sources are requested to submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotation may be submitted on a SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotation shall be include the RFQ numbers the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, sic code, business size std, and Dun number. Quotes will be accepted on the first day after publication of the notice and a purchase order will be awarded soon after 10/09/00. No phone request will be accepted.
