- CBD synopsis issued on or after September 5, 2000 for a source to provide all labor, supervision and food stuffs and a culinary arts program to the Job Corps Center in Golconda, Illinois was originally issued as a small business set aside. The purpose of this CBD synopsis amendment is to convert this requirement to a total HUB Zone small business concern set aside. Only firms certified as Hub Zone small business concerns will be allowed to submit proposals. Please see note 27.
