NSN: 5999-01-255-5570, Permanent Magnet. Approved sources are: A L L Magnetics (0EG60), P/N BAP3. A 12-month Indefinite Quantity Contract with two (2) 12-month options is anticipated. The option to extend the contract period one or more times is at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed two years. Please complete price break quantities in Section B. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. This is for solicitation purposes only, and does not apply for award. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available Other than full and open competition applies. Part Numbered Item -- Products Offered Clause applies. Delivery schedule is 60 days. Size standard is 500. This solicitation is unrestricted. Various increments solicited from 250 -- 12000. Destinations include DoD using activities and may include direct vendor delivery and DSCC stock locations. See Note 26. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet a http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of October 18, 2000. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
