Description

DESC: VA Black Hills Health Care System on behalf of VISN 13 Network will negotiate on a Sole Source Basis IAW FAR 6.302-1 for the RENEWAL of the existing software license for the Healthcare series intranet version -- Poisindex, Drugdex-Identidex, Emergindex, Martindale, Tomes, Reprorisk, Pharmaceutical MSDS, PDR, Drug-Reax, IV Index, and CareNotes for the VA Medical Centers located at Minneapolis, MN; St. Cloud, MN; Fargo, ND; Sioux Falls, SD; Fort Meade, SD; and Hot Springs, SD with Micromedex, Inc. , 6200 South Syracuse Way, Suite 300, Englewood, CO 80111-4740. The award will be made as a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12. Annual maintenance support includes providing software updates enhancements to the software and training. Contract period will be from 10/1/00 through 9/30/01
