Description

The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 to provide service for the Lanier Dictation System, related equipment and accessories located at the VA Medical Center, 2615 E. Clinton Avenue, Fresno CA 93703. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and software needed to perform preventive maintenance and service. Period of performance will be approximately 11/1/00 through 10/31/01, plus four one-year renewal options Solicitation issue date is on or about 9/28/00. The following clauses and provisions apply plus any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract terms and Conditions to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Commercial Items.
