Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Cheyenne Mountain Labs, Colorado Springs, Colorado for the management and operation of an Army Oil Analysis Laboratory at Fort Carson, Colorado. The Government anticipates a period of performance of 01 Oct 2000 through 30 Nov 2000. This notice is not a request for offers. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used on other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Market research revealed no other local vendor capable of performing in such a short time frame. The anticipated award date is 01 oct 2000, subject to the availabiltiy of funds.
