27 Sep 00 MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD -- This memo constitutes the official notification of the results of Step One, Request for Technical Proposal for Solicitation F20650-00-B0001, Education & Training Services. In accordance with FAR 14.503-2, Invitation for Bids shall be issued only to those offerors submitting acceptable technical proposals in Step One. The following companies will be invited to participate in Step Two of the process: International Trade Bridge, Inc. Beavercreek, OH and Total Training Solutions, Tucson, AZ.
