Description

The Administrative Office of the United States Courts is conducting a competitive procurement to solicit offers to provide services to the United States Court of Appeals for the printing and issuance of slip opinions. Services required may include, but are not limited to, proofreading and correcting text material provided by the courts, formatting the opinion, printing required number of court opinion copies, electronic data transmissions, and mailing of printed opinions to the court and subscribers. The solicitation will result in the award of multiple contracts to the contractors qualified and capable of providing the services and associated support described in the solicitation. The resulting contracts will be indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) for a base period with three additional one-year options. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
