Description

1. The U.S. Governement is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 34,260 rentable square feet to yield 29,791 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. 2. First consideration will be given to properties identified as historic. Space must be located in the Jacksonville, FL Central Business Area using the following perameters: Bounded or fronted by State Street to the North, to the west by I-95 to the south by I-95 and bounded on the east by the St. John's River. 3. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. 4. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. 5. The space is required for occupancy by May 1, 2001, for 10 years, 5 firm with the government having cancellation priviliedges after 5 years.
