Description

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and constructing the Lake Greeson Field Office Building in Pike County, Arkansas. Principal features of the work include demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, excavation, fill, backfill, parking blocks, signs, asphaltic concrete parking and access roads, pavement markings, concrete curbs and sidewalks, concrete paved ditch, reinforced concrete pipe culvert with drop inlet, providing as-built drawings, all required for constructing the complete and operational office building, and environmental protection. The estimated value of the work is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
