Description

Project consists of removal of a culvert from a deep fill, replace with a new culvert. Minor excavation of a gravel bar in the culvert inlet catch basin. Temporary stockpiling of excavated material, placing of riprap, construction of barded wire fences, construction of a temporary silt fence and placing of aggregate on the road surface. The crushed aggregate and riprap are Government Furnished Material. This project is located on the Methow Valley Ranger District of the Okanogan/Wenatchee National Forests. From Winthrop travel North on County Road 1213 approximately 5 miles to the junction with Co. Rd. 1251. Turn left, travel to the end of Co. Rd. 1251 to where it becomes Forest Road 52, continue to the project site, approx. 6.3 miles. Estimated value of this solicitation is between $25,000 -- $100,000.
