- Description
- This requirement is for the renovation of a 3,000 square feet lobby area. The project includes new interior finishes, lighting, HVAC diffusers and sprinkler heads. Demoliton work includes asbestos removal for insulation and lead removal for plaster. The performance period shall be 112 calendar days after issuance of Notice-To-Proceed. The construction magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
