U S Army Materiel Command Acquisition Center, White Sands Contracting Division, White Sands Missile Range, NM solicits quotations for purchase of: seven (7) each; Hydraulically-Powered Rotary Mower, New Alamo Hydro 15 Pan Type Flex-Wing Rotary Mower with the following equiment: 15' cutting frame; Box angle frame; 1/4" x 11-1/4" side skirts; 35 gal reservoir w/dual filtration; wing hydmotors rated @ 58 HP @ 1500 PSI; Center hyd motor rated @ 63 HP @ 2500 PSI; Pan or bar blade carrier; updraft blades; replaceable skid shoes; hyraulically folding wings; rubber-cushioned axles; parking jack; double-row chain guards; safety tow chain; self-leveling clevis hitch; 10 gauge top deck; dual level lift rods; 145 HP dual stage gear-type pump -- equipped with the following options: manual wing height adjustment; six (6) laminated tire and wheels; wing motor cutoff option; winch kit; pintle hitch tongue kit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation using FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6l, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constiutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is WAA20080271-0114. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and closes on 30 September 2000, 1100 AM. Payment will be made by Visa Purchase Card. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. FOB is Destination. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and there are no addendum to the provision. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Item with his offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial items applies to this acquistioin and there are no addendum to this clause.
