Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of Public Debt on behalf of the US Office of Special Counsel intends to acquire, on a sole-source basis through Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, fare media to provide public transportation for federal employees of that office within the DC metropolitan area. If no affirmative written response is received with 5 days after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable items/services are available, and that it is more advantageous to the government than obtaining these items through the current contractor, a sole-source award will be made.
