- Description
- The District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) is soliciting proposals from qualified sources for automobile leases for a minimum of 60 (sixty) vehicles. The vehicles are used to support the Social Worker's mission to place youths of the District of Columbia and other local use as needed. The terms of the lease are such that all maintenance, including oil changes, oil and air filters, are to be furnished by the contractor. Each vehicle shall be in safe operating condition, with each containing, at a minimum, the following features; automatic transmission, air conditioning, heater, a radio, four all-season radial tires, a spare tire and car jack. Each Vehicle shall comply with the Federal Motor vehicle Safety Standards (49 CFR 571) and local laws and ordinances applicable to the vehicles. The CFSA intends to release a Request for Proposal for the above services on or about October 13, 2000. The final date for receipt of proposals will be approximately thirty (30) days after its release.
