Description

Contractor shall furnish eyeglasses/safety glasses to the medical facilities located within VISN 7 (AL, GA, SC) for the period of one year with two one year option renewals. Services shall include the fabrication and delivery of the entire eyeglass (lenses/frames) with delivery to be made within seven calendar days from receipt of the order. Award will be made on a source selection basis to the offeror(s) considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors to be used to rate proposals, in descending order of preference are as follows: quality assurance; past performance/demonstrated capability; personnel qualifications; cost/pricing. SIC code is 3851. Solicitation will be available o/a 10-20-00 and proposals will be due o/a 11-21-00.
