Description

The US Department of Agriculture, National Information Technology Center (NITC) in Kansas City, MO, has a requirement to renew software maintenance for CICS Energizer Software from OptiSystems. The software is currently installed and in use at NITC. No other known source exists for this proprietary software. USDA intends to negotiate with OptiSystems on a sole-source basis to fill this requirement. No solicitation document exists and requests for a solicitation will be ignored. Interested parties who can supply software with identical functionality to CICS Energizer may submit pricing and technical information to the contact stated above by October 16, 2000.
