Description

This US Army War College, Broad Agency Announcement solicits conceptual strategic research ideas and dialogue, proposals on landpower and national security. The AWC is not interested in specific engineering technology. All proposed methodology and forums will be considered (i.e. research or travel grants, conferences, writing and editing). Deliverables are scholarly papers, articles, monographs, conference rappatour reports, edited collections of papers, and/or books for publication. This acquisition is unrestricted. There is no closing date. All proposals will be evaluated as they are received and if approved, immediately awarded, without regard to other proposals. Further information is available on the AWC home page (Link below), paper copies will not be provided. This AWC, BAA also includes a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Locator Database, into which, individuals (not companies or third parties) may directly input via the internet, resumes and other search codes on research and/or educational interests. This information is Privacy Act protected and may only be accessed by approved AWC faculty, in order to find sources for academic research and/or SME contracting purposes.
