**ADDENDUM** This is an addendum to the CBD Solicitation announcement issued on September 28, 2000 In order to provide a shipcheck opportunity, provide copies of referenced drawings, and allow offerors more time to prepare their proposals, subject solicitation is currently postponed in its entirety. A revised solicitation package will be fothcoming from Military Sealift Command Pacific. Tentative release date of solicitation materials: 20 October 2000 Tentative response date for submitting offers: 30 November 2000
