NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE AWARD Description: Notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Alaska Communication Systems Holdings, Inc for the connection of telephone service to 9 newly built military family housing units. ACS is the sole provider of residential telephone service to Eielson AFB AK. This notice is neither an invitation for bid nor a request for proposal. Award will be made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
