All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/RFp on its issue date of 14 Dec 00. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications,plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quanitities. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 1 year. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This solicitation contains a 10% preference for SDB concerns.
