- Description
- General Services Administration (GSA), in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake California, has a requirement for three each Parabolic Antenna Assemblies designed to support on-going electronic warfare test and evaluation efforts. Two of the antennas will be utilized in a pulsed mode via adjustable dual orthogonal feeds and the third will operate in a continuous wave mode via a single adjustable feed. Adjustable feeds for all antennas will include a manual adjustment capability for horizontal, vertical, and slant polarization. Power levels for the pulsed mode antennas are 4Kw peak and 250W average. Power level for the continuous mode antenna is 250W. Frequencies, gain, and beam width requirements are contained in the solicitation specifications; the interface design specifications will be provided to the awardee within 30 days of contract award. An Acceptance Test Plan & Procedures for the performance requirements testing will be required no later than 60 days before testing; the Government will witness the performance acceptance testing. A Test Report regarding the results of the performance requirements testing is required no later than 30 days after antenna testing completion. The desired delivery schedule for the antennas is within 180 days after date of contract award. Delivery will be made to China Lake CA. Inspection/Acceptance will be at the manufacturer's facility. FOB Origin pricing required. This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 19 Oct 00. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by GSA.
