Description

This is a corrected synopsis of solicitation SP0100-00-R-4134 originally submitted to the Commerce Business Daily on Sep 20, 2000 (CITE: (W-264 SN498699), Submission No. 498699. This procurement is being 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses; therefore, Socio-Economic Factors and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity Proposal will not be used as evaluation factors. Best Value/Source Selection Procedures will still be utilized. Technical proposals are still required. Evaluation factors are as follows: 1) Past Performance and 2) DLA Mentoring Business Agreements. Copies of this solicitation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at time of solicitation issuance (approximately Oct 10, 2000).
