Description

NASA/GSFC previously indicated that the formal RFO for this requirement would be issued/posted on September 29, 2000, with a response/offers due date of November 13, 2000. Instead, NASA/GSFC is hereby issuing a draft version of the RFO, and will issue the formal RFO on October 16, 2000, with response/offers due on November 15, 2000. Potential offerors are encouraged to carefully review the draft RFO documentation in preparation for the formal RFO posting on October 16, 2000. Please look under the "draft documents" section of this synopsis posting for the draft version of the RFO.
