Description: Contractor to provide software updates and technical support on Government owned VAPS Software. This is an unlimited site license for all workstations and PC's located at UTTR. Performance period 1 OCT 2000 through 30 SEP 2001 with 4 option years The approximate issue/response date will be 19 SEP 2000. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
