Description

Note #1 applies (This is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns). Anticipated closing date is 31 Jan 2001. The SLOT is a forty foot trailer to be used by the Army Corps of Engineers to haul various types of construction equipment, to include the Hyex Backhole & Rock Drill vehicle and I.S.O. Containers. The three axle configuration is operated hydraulically to allow the trailer bed to drop to the ground from the rear. Although no motor-driven winch is attached to the trailer bed, the M916 Tractor Truck (Prime Mover) will allow payloads up to 40 tons to be quickly up-loaded.
