The purpose of this notice is to provide the remaining question and answer for subject BAA. This is a continuation of the previous notice which provided questions & answers #1-30. 31. The BAA states "Cost sharing is encouraged and any cost share must be separately identified in the proposal. Proposals must: (1) Define a representative..." Do these 8 items require addressing only if cost sharing is proposed, or are they required no matter whether cost sharing or not? ANSWER: It is required that the offeror address these 8 items regardless of whether cost sharing is proposed.
