Description

Firms interested in providing part-time opthalmology servicec at the VA Medical Center, Cheyenne, WY for a one year period with two additional option years, may send written request for solicitation packages to above address or fax 307-778-7361. Work will involve conducting three four-hour clinics per week at the VA Medical Center and all surgical procedures resulting from clinics. Some emergency call back is required. Solicitation packages are currently available. This notice will represent the only notice of solicitation intention. This solicitation is set aside for small business.
