Description

DESC: SYNOPSIS 01-002: RFP: SP4400-01-R-0005, Service contract for all fees, labor, packaging, removal, transportation, and disposal of hazardous items located at DRMO Warner Robins, GA and surrounding sites in the State of Georgia. This contract will also include pick-up points on and around the vicinity of Fort Jackson. SP4400-01-R-0005 will be issued on or about October 27, 2000. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract being awarded to one contractor. This contract will have an 18-month base period and two 18-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the basic onctract. Qualifications: prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations govenring disposal of hazardous materials and environmental protection. Thi is an unrestricted procurement. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of past performance, price, and other factors described in the solicitation.
