Description

Synopsis 01-001: RFP: SP4400-01-R-0003, Service Contract for all fees, labor, packaging, removal, transportation and disposal of hazardous items located at DRMOs Bragg, Lejuene, and Cherry Point, NC and surrounding locations. SP4400-01-R-0003 will be issued on or about October 27, 2000. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract being awarded to one contractor. This contract will have an 18-month base period and two 18-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations governing disposal of hazardous materials and environmental protection. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of past performance, price and other factors described in the solicitation.
