Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE-SOURCE basis with Mary Lou Andersen, 41 Bernard Blvd., Hockessin, DE 19707 to provide technical assistance to the Health Resources and Services Administration's (HRSA) staff in the implementation of the Community Access Initiative including assistance in developing parameters for the grant for Health Care Access for the Uninsured and assistance in developing related emerging policy. This negotiation will result in a Purchase Order with a period of performance of 9 months. This announcement is for information only. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is on file. The award shall be made using SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES, FAR PART 13.
