- American Ordnance LLC at the Milan Army Ammunition Plant is offering for sale approximately 285,720 pounds of Composition B, clean riser scrap and 74,320 pounds of M10 Propellant. The material will be offered for sale on a sealed bid. Bid packages will be mailed during October 2000. Award is anticipated during early November 2000.
