Deliveries are FOB destination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 29 each 375 days after contract award (DACA), and 29 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 288 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 29 each 300 DACA, and 29 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. Pursuant to the provisions of FAR 19.000(b), this procurement action is set-aside only for small business concerns operating within the United States, its territories and possessions, Puerto Rico, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and the District of Columbia.
