Description

This is a sole source procurement to Santa Barbara Focalplane A Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control, 345 Bollay Drive, Goleta, Ca. 93117 to purchase a ImagIR Camera System. Product number SYS-320/256H-1. The imager must be identical to the superframe imager currently owned by the government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 19.502(a) the Contracting Officer has dissolved the small business set-aside and this requirement is not restricted to small business. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17 and DCN 2000413. Final Inspection will be NSWC, Crane, In. A firm fixed price purchase will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
