Description

The United States Special Operations Command would like to update the Commerce Business Daily Notification Submission No. 491152 dated August 29, 2000, for Solicitation No: USZA22-00-R-0021 for the Fusion Goggle System (FGS) Thermal Imager and Image Intensifier; Operational during Daylight and Darkness. The Government would like to inform offerors that previously identified release dates have been slipped for this solicitation but it is anticipated that a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) No. USZA22-00-R-0021 for Fusion Goggle Systems will be released o/a October 13, 2000. This draft RFP will be issued to provide offerors with the Statement of Work and Fusion Goggle System Specification. The draft will not include Section L, Instructions to Offerors and Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. The draft solicitation will be issued on the U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command Interagency Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) web site at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/socom.nsf, then click on HQ Procurement Division. The final RFP is expected to be released o/a October 26, 2000. Proposals will be due approximately 50 days from issuance of the solicitation. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the IBOP web site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent information and amendments.
