Description

The AMC Acquisition Center at White Sands Missile Range, NM intends an acquisition under other than full and open competition, pursuant to FAR 6.302-3(a)(2)(ii), industrial mobilization, engineering, developmental, or research capability; or expert services: Resource Engineering and Planning, 5937 Via Robles Lane, El Paso, TX 79912 for non-personal services to perform specific task orders in the technical areas: (1) MASINT: measurement of unintentional radiation emissions from ADPEs; data analysis and signal processing of URE; (2) correlation of MASINT, URE data and RFDE investigation data; (3) underground facilities characterization; (4) vulnerability assessment tasks: Identify vulnerability characteristics of selected military assets to certain classified threat environments required by the Electronic Warfare Division of Survivability Lethality Analysis Directorate (SLAD). There will be NO FORMAL RFQ. The SIC code is 8733, and the standard size is $5.0M. Price shall include all applicable costs. The Government will NOT PAY for any effort expended in responding to this synopsis. NO solicitation documents are available. The closing date of submission of particulars is 10 days after publication of this synopsis. See Note 25.
