Description

24' x 60' Pre-Fabricated building to be used as Culinary Arts Classroom. Building to be divided into three separate areas. One 24' X 30' industrial kitchen, one 24' x 24' classroom and one 12' X 16' office. Building is to include two restrooms. Minimum structural specifications: live floor 50 P.S.F., live roof load 20 P.S.F.. Design specification: minimum 8' 1/4" ceiling. HVAC units to be included. Building is to meet or exceed all local, state and federal building codes as well as meet all applicable OSHA and NFPA codes. Kitchen and restroom flooring area is to have 1/8" vinyl composition tile, classroom and office to be industrial carpet. Building must be equipped with natural gas connection and must be wired for 120/240V electric. Interior walls to be finished. Delivery and setup required. Specifications available upon request.
