Description

The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Printrak International Inc., 1250 North Tustin Avenue, Anaheim, California 92807 for the purchase of Printrak maintenance service for twenty-four LSS 2000 Live Scan Workstations. Printrak is the sole proprietary producer for the manufacturing and maintenance of LSS 2000 Live Scan Workstations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty (30)days. See Notes 1, 22 and 26. Note 22 is modified to read 5 days in lieu of 45 days.
